Website Terms of Use
These Terms set out the rules for using the e-podpis.online website operated by 2Secure Sp. z o.o. and for the electronic services provided within the website itself (browsing content, the contact form / quote request), under the Polish Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of services by electronic means. The legally binding version is the Polish one.
1. Definitions
- Operator / Provider — 2Secure Sp. z o.o., registered office at Żelazna 51/53, 00-841 Warszawa (NIP 5273147526, KRS 0001150455, REGON 54069139).
- Website — the site at e-podpis.online.
- User — a person using the Website.
- Certum — the qualified trust service provider (QTSP) issuing the qualified certificates.
2. Operator and contact
The Website is operated by 2Secure Sp. z o.o., registered office at Żelazna 51/53, 00-841 Warszawa (KRS 0001150455, NIP 5273147526, REGON 54069139).

3. Services provided within the website
Within the Website the Operator provides, by electronic means and free of charge, the display of informational content and the ability to make contact and submit a quote request via the form.
The Website is informational. The content presented does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code.
4. Nature of the business and the Operator's role
The Operator is an authorized Certum partner and intermediates in issuing qualified certificates (QES signature, QSeal seal) issued by a qualified trust service provider (Certum), and performs identity verification for that purpose. The Operator is not a qualified trust service provider.
The actual service contract (issuing the signature/seal, identity verification) is concluded separately, outside the Website, on individually agreed terms. The Certum certification policy applies to the qualified certificates.
5. Technical requirements
- a device with internet access and an up-to-date browser,
- cookies essential to the Website enabled,
- an active email account for correspondence.
6. Rules of use
The User must use the Website in accordance with the law and these Terms and must not supply unlawful content.
Actions that disrupt the Website's operation or other users' security are prohibited.
7. Form enquiries
Submitting an enquiry via the form serves to make contact and prepare an individual quote and does not constitute a contract.
Consumer rights, including the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days, are governed by the separate service contract concluded outside the Website; information about this right will be provided before it is concluded.
8. Complaints about the website
Complaints about the Website's operation may be sent to [email protected].

9. Personal data and cookies
The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, and the use of cookies in the Cookie Policy, both available in the Website.
10. Intellectual property
The content, marks, layout and graphics of the Website are legally protected. Using them without the Operator's consent, beyond permitted use, is prohibited.
11. Final provisions
Matters not covered are governed by Polish law, including the Civil Code and the Act on the provision of services by electronic means.
The binding version of these Terms is the Polish one; translations are auxiliary.
