FAQ

Do you serve Warsaw?
Yes. Warsaw and the surrounding area is our main service area. We run on-site verification at our point in the Wola district (Żelazna 51/53) or with a call-out across Warsaw, while online verification is available remotely nationwide.
Do you really travel to clients?
In the Warsaw area and nearby we come to the client's office, verify identity and issue the signature on site.
Is online verification secure?
Yes — it runs over a secure video connection, in line with requirements for qualified certificates.
What do I need to prepare?
A valid ID document (national ID or passport). For foreigners, a passport is enough.
